This warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and applies to PORI JEWELERS jewelry products purchased through Porijewelry.com ONLY

  2. Workmanship: It guarantees the quality of workmanship in the manufacturing process.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
  2. Any modifications or alterations to the jewelry not performed by [Brand/Company Name] will void the warranty.
  3. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or improper care are not covered.
  4. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of PORI JEWELERS.
  5. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided.

Claim Process:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  3. Ship the jewelry, along with the proof of purchase, to the designated address provided by customer service.
  4. Once received, our team will assess the jewelry and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
  5. If covered, PORI JEWELERS will repair or replace the jewelry.
